Meridian is a professional client follow-up application from Lighthouse Companies LLC. This notice describes the private pilot’s product and subscription rules; final commercial terms require review before public launch.

One account, one subscription

One professional account includes Real Estate Agent and authorized Loan Officer modes. New customers can explore a fictional example before starting a trial. The trial lasts 7 × 24 hours from completed subscription checkout, with a payment method and explicit authorization for $99 per month or $900 per year after the trial. Creating a workspace alone does not start the trial or authorize payment. Both schedules include the same professional modes and property allowance. There is no permanent free tier, commission, referral payout, setup fee, paid overage, or revenue sharing.

Payment and cancellation

An authorized subscription trial automatically continues at $99 each month or $900 each year unless canceled before the trial ends. Annual billing is one $900 payment after the trial and on each annual renewal. Your first payment date is shown in checkout and Settings. A billing reminder is sent before the first charge. Cancel renewal through Settings → Subscription; access continues through the trial or paid period. Returning customers who have already used a trial pay immediately when subscribing again. Existing no-card trials keep their original dates and do not charge automatically; those customers must explicitly subscribe to continue. Account management, privacy requests, and your customer-supplied record export remain available after core access ends.

Pilot capacity and data

The pilot supports up to 300 actively monitored properties across both modes. This capacity remains subject to real operating-cost validation. Property matching and financial facts are customer-reviewed; live enrichment and rate feeds are not connected. No refresh or loan eligibility is promised.

Professional responsibility

You must have authority to import the records and document contact permission. Review the exact recipient, sender, and message before outreach. Meridian provides follow-up organization and financial illustrations. It does not approve credit, recommend a financial product, act as a lender, or guarantee savings or client outcomes. Loan applications remain in the lender’s approved process.

Estimate boundaries

Property values and balances may be estimates. Current loan facts, other liens, fees, rate assumptions, terms, and borrower goals must be confirmed. Lower payments can result from longer terms and do not establish lower total cost.
