A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Clear from
the beginning.

Who is Meridian built for?

Independent real estate agents and loan officers who want a thoughtful way to stay in touch with past clients. Agent mode focuses on the home and the relationship. Loan Officer mode adds loan-review scenarios for professionals authorized by their company to use those records.

What happens after the seven-day trial?

Explore the fictional example first. Your seven-day trial begins when you complete checkout with a payment method and authorize your chosen plan. It then renews automatically at $99 per month or $900 per year unless canceled before the trial ends. Annual billing is one $900 payment each year. You can manage or cancel in Settings. Existing no-card trials keep their original terms.

Does Meridian contact my clients automatically?

You review each message and choose how to contact the client. Meridian keeps the relationship, source information, permission record, and follow-up together. An opportunity is a reason to review a conversation, not an automatic instruction to send one.

Where do property and loan figures come from?

Keep the source and date with figures you add to a record. Property estimates and loan scenarios are context for professional review. They are not appraisals, live rate quotes, credit decisions, or guaranteed savings. Loan Officer mode requires company authorization to use borrower records.

Can I use both professional modes?

Yes. Agent and Loan Officer modes are included in the same plan. The allowance of up to 300 monitored properties is shared across both modes. Switching modes does not create a second property allowance or share records with another company.

What if my list is larger than 300 properties?

The current plan includes up to 300 monitored properties. You can review and archive properties to stay within that capacity. Meridian does not add automatic overage charges.
